You can find your modfolder here Documents/ My Games/Sid Meiers Civilization/Mods.
Extract your zip in the mods section and thats all. Have fun

how do i extract it though, i've done that before but all it says is open when i click on the folder in my downloads

Yet again you must change the update date, IIRC it was after Nov. 20 that v3.1 was released.

weird... I've never had any problems with jzip... you could try the free trial of winrar. IIRC it says it will only work for 14 days , but it keeps working after that.

Now what is the problem to download the open source and free 7Zip?

You dont need the old and buggy jzip, also you dont need the winrar trial.

Can someone please repost the version that works with .705? The fall patch kills my game, but after I rolled back to an earlier Civ version, I can't find the earlier version of this mod.

I uninstalled v2.0, then unzipped this version and copied it to the mods folder : "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\sid meier's civilization v\Mods".

In the Civ V mods menu, this mod doesn't show. How am I suppose to load it?

It needs to be in your documents folder:

Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS
