I'm unfortunate enough to have experienced that kind of nightmare as described in the wiki article.
I was young, 11 or 12 but I remember the feeling like it was yesterday. I was in a semi-awake state, hearing voices (I'll understand later that it was my Parents yelling at each others below my room).
Anyway... I couldn't move any muscles and the simple thought that I wanted to scream because I was literally panicking still gives me shivers. There was a weird "buzz" sound as well, very loud. This is a very uncomfortable experience indeed... I was afraid to fall asleep for days.
I get dejavu all the time, sometimes it is more like precognition, because I get a vivid and complete sensory input of a situation sometimes years in to the future. I often remember because in it there are people or environments that I do not know but during the "episode" it feels like I know them, but I never know when it will happen.
The most advanced and "important" view I have had was once in sixth grade when I saw that I would be sitting next to a table tennis game and turn my hand in a specific way and notice a healing wound on one finger, months before I wounded myself!
