Hey where can i submit the my civ IV GOTM file? All i see for GOTM submissions is CLASSIC and C3C.....

Submit it here.

Edit: For future submissions, go to the http://gotm.civfanatics.net/ site and look in the blue box located on the top right of the page. In that blue box you'll see an option to "Submit GOTM". That option is located just above the orange box labeled "RSS".
