It's good to be bad. This is one of the best startegy games I've ever played. Go get it right now if you don't have it!!!

Yeah it was a great game, loved all of it

I've got it, but haven't gotten around to installing it yet. :(

Awesome game, but my CD-ROM went walkabout and I haven't been able to find it for a year or so. I do keep my eyes open for it if I'm shopping, but no luck yet.

you can get it in The Vault of Darkness package, along with 4 other games for about $20. You probly wont be able to find it alone. good luck

@ Lord Draegon - Thanks for the tip. Got the Vault of Darkness package last night, and I'm back to killing those snivelling heroes and their pathetic hordes *evil grin*.

I watched a friend play it. It's real cool and it makes you think of being a bad guy in a whole new way. (unless you think that the opposing player is the bad guy, but still...)

I own and love DK2 too... esp. Mistress and Fire Salamandar... they're so cute

And in case anyone don't know, DK2 has an easter egg - named creatures. In all levels, you can arrage your rooms in a very specific way, and a single named creature will appear - it looks different, and is stronger and faster.

Also there's a list of sacrifies you can do to get special effects or a specific type of creature.

I can dig up that information from my CDs if anyone want it. :)

I have the original Dungeon Master at home, haven't played it in years though

Cool features hidden like that?! I think they definitely qualify as easter eggs!

It takes a lot of imagination and experiments to find them out... remember how complex the pattern for the named dark angel is?

This game really rocks - not many games let you play evil and slay the good guys

If you thirst for more evilness, you should buy an RPG game by Bioware - Knights of the Old Republic. It lets you play either Light-side or Dark-side, anything in between, or switch back and forth :)

The Dark-side storyline is awesome, and some scenes just ooze evil out of your monitor :D
