Dutch spawn zone

The Dutch often spawn in mountainous areas, which is very unrealistic because they were called the 'Low Countries' for a reason.
Being a country founded on drained swamps and lakes and being 60 % beneath sea-level, thanks to our dykes and windmills.
'Nether' is a transliteration of Dutch meaning 'low'.

Rhye, can you do something, like when they spawn the direct adjectent mountains and hills turn into plains or change the European part of the map that the 'Dutch area' don't become too mountainous?

At least in high and very high likeness?

Maybe change the code that Western Europe only has 1 or 2 mountain ranges more in the centre and south? (Alpes and Pyrinee's)
