Alright guys,
I was pissed that there was no blank Huge Earth with unlocked civs, so I made one myself:
DOWNLOAD
And I made a blank Charlemagne map (just civs+improvements blank) figuring it could be useful to someone:

why is it a civworldbuildersave if it is for bts? do we have to place some resources in addition to renaming the file? also, does this mean that some civilizations are not unlocked with an 18 player limit?

It's a civsworldbuildersave because I took the map Firaxis made (Earth18civs) It has ALL resources and ALL the civs are unlocked. And what do you mean "some civs are not unlocked with an 18 player limit" If you want more than 18 civs you have to do SDK work. It's impossible without editing the CvCoreGameDLL. You can find something like that under "SDK components" or something, this is just a map. And last, it doesn't matter if it's a civworldbuildersave, It's the same as BTS except with a different icon. IT'S PLAYING BTS ON A BLANK EARTH MAP WITH RESOURCES AND UNLOCKED CIVS. How many times do I have to say this?

yes the zulus will be in europe, right in frances starting location. and the aztecs may show up in egypts starting location.

Yes. Is that a bad thing? If you want custom civs, but in their right spots, then just make a custom game with all the civs you want, go into world builder, put them in the right places, and save it as something else.

Just one more thing so no more questions:
It's an Earth map, it doesn't have random starting locations, you need a map editor for that. I could make it but I'm working pretty hard right now on something else, I'll upload that in the future.
It's just an Earth map with:
Unlocked Civs
And everything else is normal.
It doesn't make a difference whether or not it's "CivBeyondSwordSave" or "CivWorldBuilderSave" It's all the same.

^What, make the map with no civs? Simple, I opened the .WBSave with Windows notepad, and I changed the civs from the normal locked ones, with specs on leaders, civs, etc. And I changed them to NONE. PM me if you want a little tutorial.

Yeah, making maps is not that hard; it's making mods and scenarios from them that's time consuming!

When I stumbled upon this, the "unlocked civs" bit made me think "hey, awesome, somebody made an Earth map that allows more than 18 civs for BTS. I should grab this."
But it turns out that some guy on the forum just took maps Firaxis provided us with and removed all the civs.
I think the reason you're getting so many questions is because it's hard to tell why this download is worth hard drive space.
So you might want to consider keeping your caps lock off.

Well look up what "unlocked" means. I never said a word about it having more than 18 civs. That would've been included. It is so simple. How is it not "worth hard drive space" it's 600 kb unzipped. If your dissapointed don't download it. I am simply providing a map for you guys to be able to PICK your own civs that you want on the map. I'm doing a SERVICE for you, and I get "dissed"? ?? ?? And Fiend777Fits stop spamming my thread. Don't post if you don't have anything to add to the conversation.

I don't understand why people complain so much if it's not what they're looking for. Dutchie made it clear what it's all about right from the beginning. You'd think people were paying a king's ransom for free downloads.
