DVD player help

I'm looking for a DVD player with the following specs:

- it has to be able to upscale DVDs it plays to 1080p (I know that's technically not what happens, but the "advertised as" spec is what I'm looking for)

- it has to support DIVX playback

- it has to have a USB port that I can plug a USB key / portable harddrive into and watch mpgs/avis off of

Where can I get a DVD player that does all this?

I live in Canada and so far have found one @ FutureShop and one @ Circuit City, but they were about $100 each. Surely there is something cheaper out there.

That's $89 US - pretty much equivalent to what I found already.

There's $30 DVD players out there. I'm cheap and I need 2 of these - I was kinda hoping somebody out there has heard of a specifically good deal

I believe that a PlayStation 3 can do all of those things. You would need an HDMI cable of course for upscaling, but you can get them pretty cheap at MonoPrice.

Whoops, I didn't notice you were looking for stuff under $100.
