unartis, thank you very much for your reply. :) With your download link above I had no problems to download your mod and the installation worked well, too. It seems it is still a work in progress as many civilopedia entries are still missing and plenty of your icons still have transparency issues. On the other hand it is a very interesting touch to civ 3 to start an epic mod in the modern era and your mod contains some nice resources and interesting ideas about improvements and wonders.

Doesn´t your mod have any space victory?

It was not the modern civilization mod,
this I wanted to eliminate.

There is more to do with it, because this is a beta version
Now I have a little time to test this mod, I saw bugs, will improve in civilopedia.
Error still fall in the population of large cities,( At the beginning of the game)
I is planned:
Wonders existing in the city, for example: Rome: San Pietro, New York: Statue of Liberty,

Just dominance was set victory this mod.

Plans in larger sketches for the mod:
I would also like to take advantage of city officials within the city in this mode, which could characterize different cultural groups, in EFMII I learned how it works in the civilization III editor. I am designing a 2020 map that would model the conditions at the time. I would also put the current Russia-Ukraine conflict on a map.

I will also reduce strategic and luxury resources to a minimum of 32 to avoid phantom bug.

The rapid decline of the population of the cities was a problem, and I will look for solutions to this as well, if there is a proposal for a solution, I will welcome it.
