When you say you get Elvis, do you mean he will be available in a regular game, or he is available to use in the editor.
This reinforces my feeling that it was the guy that screwed up the game after the beta testers said it worked.

BTW, the budget says 0.10.0, ie, 0% gold to science, 100% to treasury, 0% to happyness. How could you still be working on research? I was pretty sure 0 research was -- turns (even with the turn limit). If I'm wrong, and that's 100% to science, shouldn't you be losing money?

This is turning in to something much more exciting than the game IMO...which is ironic.
Why don't we just play the game, eh?
No one will help us with it so we might just forget about finding it anytime soon I guess.
None of the beta testers even know what it is probably...Heck, even Firaxis doesn't know what it is.
