Time for TFalls to grow. Even with 2 Roads, we can IPRB a bit to finish the Caravan in time for Leonardo, 12 or fewer turns. We're scrambling for enough Caravans to build both Marco Polo and Leonardo. MonkE moves Tuesday evening, in about 48 hours.

Elysium: Marketplace 30/80 in 9, or Granary or Harbor in 5?
  Grows in 25, with CJ irrigation grows in ~15
  CJ Settler SW S charge, SW (to Dip Station) Irrigate.
TFalls: Caravan 0/50 in 9? Grows in 11? 6? 4?
  Serfs on 2 Forest, Forest+Road, or 2 Roads.
  1 gold, Science 1, 2, or 3 beakers, new serf on Forest
Gabba Gabba: Caravan 0/50 in 10, or serf to Plains Road?
  Needs Road or Irrigation then Warrior Police to grow
Little Nemo: Settlers 37/40 in 1, then what?
 
I think the CJ settler should be used to improve Chryshe, or maybe sneak in a town SW SW E E of LC?

Can you explain why you want to put a city within the city radius of LC and Monk's Town?
Or did you mean SW SW W W to put the city on Indian mainland maybe???
 
That makes more sense!
But let's first see where the Indians have put their cities. If they've just let that part of their continent for us to settle then we should accept their invitation! ;)
