I remember hearing that enslaved (not captured, but enslaved) workers worked as effciantly as if you built them. But, because they look like captured ones, I'm not so sure, so, can soomeone who has the game clear it up for me?
 
But the Maya are industrious, so they work almost as fast as a non-industrious civ's workers.
 
Don't worry about it. It takes two slaves to equal one worker, and since you get a slave 1/3 of the time you attack, it shouldn't be that hard to get alot.

Plus they have no unit cost. :D
 
Is there any diplomatic hit for having all those slave workers?
 
are Enslaved Workers for free or you have to pay for them?

There is no cost per turn for slave workers. And there is no cost to get them. You just to win a battle with a unit that has the enslave ability.
