Error 1000 Issues!

Hello this is my very first time posting on this site.I am having issues with my civ 5 game
freezing up when is about to begin turn 206.Here are the details.

Mods currently using:
I am playing with these mods on a huge 22 civ 14 city state earth Map

Now i never really had this issue before i mean in my other campaign playing as america i had a few crashes here or there but it was because of one mod which i corrected the issue.
I have tried everything suggested on the web to no avail.

Can someone please help shed some light for a fellow gamer and tell me how i can fix this perplexing and frustrating problem.

Hello and thank you for responding. To answer your question the first time it happened it was random i played my campaign through the first 204 turns with no crash then things went south from there.Then after that it happens every time i load a save game whether is a new save or old.

To your suggestions i already got the latest update for my graphics card the latest one which was released jun 15 of this year. I check for updates once a week and there have been no further updates released.So it is perplexing to me why my dxdiag shows that my drivers are that old when there not.

Again i thank you for taking time to help me out and i sincerely hope you or another member can shed some light for me regarding this troubling issue.

I figured out how to upload the save files but my saves are 2.43 mb and 2.40 mb respectably and it seems that the individual file limit is just 2mb.Is there another way that i can upload the files?

If you use 7zip, you could split a savegame into two or more files that can be recombined. I'm sure guys at Firaxis are happy with 7zip files. I'm pretty sure 7zip files can be uploaded as attachments.

Actually, the file size limit for .zip or .7z files is 10MB so you wouldn't need to split it into two pieces. If you're using windows, you don't even need the extra software - just right click on the file and "send to -> compressed (zip) folder".

There is 2 of them one is the most recent and the second is a back up a few turns before the main save.I hope that helps.

I can't load the save due to a required mod. Is it a mod you're using, or just DLC?

I only just realised if you click on "MOD" at the load screen it tells you which mods are required.
Looks like you've got several mods installed.

How can you be certain none of them are causing a problem? Have they all been updated after the patch?

Hmm is a mod actually a number of mods. I listed then in the first post.
To clarify further the Civilization that am currently using it is indeed a mod is called
Stalin General Secretary of the Soviet union.Essentially it replaces the Catherine leatherhead with Stalin's and allows you to play as the U.S.S.R.

Man your fast anyhow to answer your questions it quite possibly could be a mod causing the issue but i don't believe so as i said the game ran great until i reach turn 205.

Edit:I forgot to mention that the original crash occurred on turn 205 somehow or another a few hrs ago i tried again and it ran good once more until turn 239 which is where i left off in my game save below.The same issue occurred.My apologies for failing to let you know that i guess i haven't drunk enough coffee.Must be getting sleepy.

And yes i believe that the mods are up to date but how can i make sure?

I downloaded each mod through the browse mods feature ingame.
