Error help please!

Hi well I just bought Civilization IV Gold Edition and I tried installing it today and I got to this part

Then it doesnt do anything for like 2 minutes until this shows up

So yeah I called some support people from 2ksports and he said that my disc must be scratched up to much but there's one little scratch.........so yeah any help would be GREAT thanks.

go to
\program files\common files\installshield
and rename that folder
then restart the computer and try to run the install again.
