"Error" Occurs During Patch Installation

I just ran into this problem upon attempting to update A New Dawn To the latest version. Whenever I run the patch file, it always ends with an error message (see attached file). I've tried earlier versions of the patch but I get the same message.

If anyone can assist on this matter, that would be great! If the patch did apply, I wouldn't know since the version of AND always shows as 1.74 (with no letters next to the version number) in-game.

EDIT: Here's some details on my computer...

---Intel Kentfield Q6600 2.4 GHz Quad Core
---G.SKILL 8GB RAM
---2x ATI Raedon HD 4870 1GB RAM
---Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium (64-Bit)

Formatted my harddisk during the weekend, re-installed everything. ROM +AND 1.74 are fine, but Patch G brings up an error message. Dont know if it applies to the other patches as well.

E 5200 @ 3Ghz, hd 4670, 4 Gb Ram, Win 7 64bit

OK, I managed to resolve the problem indirectly. What I did was "install" the patch into a folder on the desktop and then moved the "installed" files into the "Rise of Mankind" folder, overwriting whatever they needed to overwrite. It worked flawlessly, allowing me to start a new game.
