Error while starting up after installing patch

After installing the patch I've been getting this message while starting Civ4 up

It also says something about the Forbidden palace and Three Gorges Dam...The game still started, so I went to see if it'd crash if I selected Mao in the leader selection. Well, he wasn't even there! It showed China as having just one leader.

I haven't played around with the files or edited anything, and never got this message before...should I try re-installing the game?

Oh nevermind, after looking at the other posts a little more closely I have noticed some people have had the same problem as me! I feel silly now
