Unfortunately the flics in the /Units/Earth Elemental folder use the original names (Earth_Default.flc and so on), so that corrected .ini needs correction. Here you have it:

Wolfhart...Yes, I believe it would make sense because of the Drastic Changes that take place Over Night on Paradise Island. The Dark Un-Revealed Map would really represent Not Knowing what all has taken place everywhere on the Island rather than not know the Island in the first place. Seems realistic in that way to me.

I have your "Vote" for the grey City for the Diplo Icons.

Concerning the Monster Zombie, All of my Flcs and .ini are Correct. I am not sure what you guys have but the Flcs should be named according to the .ini I uploaded.
 
Since I was also leaning more toward the Grey City Diplo Icons to Represent all cities, I have made this change.

Another Question: In the Tech Screens, should the Tech Frames all be the Same since all screens really are in the Modern Era? IF so, would something different for the Frames look better than the Metal?

One last Question concerning the Diplo Icons:
It was not possible to have the Rifles show any better than they do as far as details because of the size and palette. Should the Handshake images have a different color other than Blue? I just want to be sure all will be final this time lol.

Unfortunately (by now you probably groan when I start a sentence with that word...:sad:) the flics in the DeLuxe download we betatesters got from KingArthur use the original Earth Elemental names though the anims themselves are re-coloured.
 
Greetings fe3333au... Hope you have sent your Address to King Arthur so you can Test. He plans to try and have another Upload Saturday or Sunday.

Yes, IF the map is Dark, it will help several things. Map Trading can then be done for one simple thing but the Feel and also game play will be affected. When the map is not Revealed, the AI will also not know exactly where each city is until they discover them. I also believe this will help some with the Early stages of Extreme Zombie Attacks. Now I do understand that the Zombies cannot gain a Map (unless The Farmes can give it to them) so this will slow them down on specific attackes until they learn where the cities are. This is the main thing I want the Testers to check...how the game Looks and Feels along with how the game play is affected with an Un-Revealed Map and Fog Of War. Over All, I believe it will add to the game.
 
Wolfhart...The Earth Elemental can simply use either the .ini where you changed the Flc names back to the Earth Elemental or the testers can simply open the .ini ...Copy and past the names from the .ini to the Flcs. This will be corrected for the release but for now...it is a simple thing that anyone can correct quickly:)

Nope, blue is a good colour. As the old Swedish folk song goes (in rough translation):
"When the control blinks blue, then everything is as it should be".
 
Yes, the fact that ALL Eras are taking place in the Modern Era sort of dictates that all Tech Frames be the same. I will correct this. I just wondered if anyone wanted something different such as Bloody Frames for the main Tech Screen or any changes to the Metal Frames for any of the Screens. As you said, the Metal frames are ok enough.

I just sent King Arthur the Corrected Tech Frames and Diplo Icons so you Testers will be receiving those.
 
I remember people saying that somewhere along the line, the zombies will kill all it's king units by attack, I thought that if we check the king zombies at research lab as defensive, the zombies at least will not kill all of it's kings in the attack and forces player to attack the kings at research lab.

Yes, most Alpha (king) Zombies are defensive now since they were quite good at using their kings in attack LOL. Also, the zombies get a new Alpha every 25 turns....

The Mutant Zombie, Monster Zombie and Sneaky Zombie are slowed more in the game now. Especially the Sneaky Zombie. All new sounds for the Sneaky Zombie and some adjusted flcs and .ini speeds. He will not use a Run Sound because he is quiet. He is a Sneaky Zombie you know :lol:

I may do more work on the mutant zombie later because he is still a little fast when compared to the other zombies...same for the Monster Zombie but that one will be replaced. IF you want to have the Monster Zombie move a little slower, just set the .ini speed to 150 for both speeds. I have tested this and the sounds will still work ok.

Wolfhart... Yes, there are several areas concerning entries that will be changed. almost All references regarding Government, Gold, Diplomats, Deplomacy etc... need to be changed.

King Arthur... The map will therefore not be dark long with that setting so there will certainly not be any game play issues.
 
I've just made a Alpha-Zombie Type unit. I recolored Mao and added some of the Tomb Swarm Attacks. Should I post it for this Scenario?

Deafult->Run->AttackA->AttavkB->Death

Well it does looks better than the ones from the original version with the gas attacks. Looks good, The hands attacks are definately a nice touch

Although I always imagine Alpha zombies to look more or less likes Tyrants from Resident Evil, but I guess it's too much to ask people to make that right now.
