Escape From Zombie Island 2 ready for public consumption

I've added the settings as you suggested Luthor. Biq's on the first post. Try it out and let me know how it works. Authorities being militaristic are the best chance for leaders. HQ Wonder now actually means something too.

Hey... I'm curious how your hero units are handled mechanics-wise. Are these essentially king units playing on non-regicide? Does the AI ever move these heros/kings outside of its base/city?

I ask because we are trying to determine the best way to incorporate the nazgul into LotM...

Oh Boy Oh Boy Oh Boy...a new version(well, 2.7 or so) cant wait...Is the new config favorable to Authorities?...I'll try them out a bit more..

I got through EFZI2 the newest update finally...trying with the Company now...and they really need some help...

egroen, The AI often uses kings to attack, but, that might be since there are also weak kings wich no-one would ever use on offense. It is on regnicide, so if all your heroes die, you die. The big downside is that they can't be used to defend untille every other unit in the city is dead.

Spcer One, whats so hard about athorities? if you can just hold on for a while you get very powerfull units. Two+ nukes can generaly destroy a city and allow you to win on regnicide. The hard part is surviving that long...

The King units are playable with Regicide. I've NEVER seen the AI (Zombie) move it's King Units: they stay were they are stationed and never move.

Hi egroen. They are king units with regicide turned on as Luthor states. Personally, I've never seen the zombie kings used by the AI but I have seen the other factions' kings used. The explanation for this is in the flag settings. You need to give the king an AI strategy of offense to make them come out of their cities. Even then the AI is reluctant to use them except it seems when they have no other available units to use. Of course the AI is not very intelligent and will often suicide it's kings (indeed any unit), by this I mean it will use an injured unit to attack an enemy unit when a human player would see the best course of action to retreat and heal. AI stupidity is something we can't do a lot about I'm afraid.

Thanks for the replies! Sounds like with an offensive flag setting we might at least see some possible movement.
Has anyone experimented with kings in a non-regicide setting?

one sure way to prevent loss to King character, is to first attack it with a non-king character, say chainsaw maniac, he should wear the king down 2 hps and he might or might not dye, but should damange it enough that your hero character can finish it off.

Hi Cloner, I can't answer that question right now as I'm not at my own computer right now. There are a few resource requirements for Mean Machines as well as the Machinery at The Factory. I could be wrong but it would seem logical that Fuel would be needed and possibly Ammo for the mounted machine gun. You need to ensure that these resources are available in the city you want to build them i.e. the resources should be hooked up by roads and can't pass through any enemy territory. Maybe the Authorities have cut your supply.

Well, even before the NUKE, because by then it's TOO late

Anyway, when I played, you take about 2x as many units need to take out one authority,

I cost me almost 3 chaingril to kill one, they are hard to kill

and still I can't build any meanmachine I am sure my roads are not cut and I have no machinary in my factory
