GH and the Mamluks have been nerfed and receive half income, but yeah, I hear ya.

I'm also thinking certain regions start with different tech levels to simulate the tech groups of EU3. West Europe will for example start with higher techs than East Europe, for example.

@Nedim I have very little homework and only have to go to a shot interview in a couple hours, so it's very likely to be on sometime tonight.

@Magnive: I'll tell what regions get what tech levels. And no, you won't be able to choose specific decisions. Instead, to get bonuses you RP. You can base it off national decisions for the same general effect if you'd like.
