Europe (Or World) Map 1x1 King Level Game

I am planning a Large Europe (Or World) Map 1x1 King level Game on Friday 6 Jul at 1900 GMT+1. I know it's Friday night, and that many of you have plans, but I only plan on playing for around three hours. We will attempt to continue the game at the best time available for all players, and trade out hosts if need be. (I go to an FTX in end of July)

We will finish this game!!!

No house rules, and no quitting when the going gets rough!!!

NEWBIES are welcome!!! I am a relative newbie myself, so I have no problem bumping heads with people who are just as bad as me.

Post here for national preferences, but if you aren't there at the time alotted, TOO BAD!!!

would love to play...but going to spain for 5 weeks on Monday...if it were an all night session then I'd go 4 it. Any proposals 4 that?

Well no one showed up...

So if there is interest in a game such as this, let me know in this thread. I plan on trying again tommorrow, but probably in the late morning (early in the states). Perhaps we can get something off the ground, and then build on it.

The game has been started!!! We have 4 players on a world map, random start locations. Everybody has pretty much figured out where they are on the map, but no players have came and bothered me yet. As the mighty Germans, I am lagging behind a bit, but I still continue to charge forward with my aggressive expansionist ways...(Yeah right)

There is room for more players (7 civs), and we are playing at 1600 GMT +1 tonight (Jul 08). We are meeting on ICQ at that time.
