Evil AI more anti-neutral?

I started with a neutral civilization (I can't remember but it started with an A and the Leader was Dain).

When I meet neutral AI, they mostly start cautious with no adverse feelings or positive ones about me.

The Good AI start with -2 against me but are still cautious

The Evil ones on the ohter hand are already at my throat by the time I meet them

(Also, I started the game with 19 civilizations and nearly everyones going neutral, lol)

Amurites, with Dain the Caswallan. That shouldn't surprise you that evils are less friendly. Don't be fooled though...there are some rather blood-thirsty "goods" too. Like Varn Gosam. I swear, I think he's DoW'd me almost as much as the Doviello...
