Expenses from Diplomacy possible CP bug

Hi,

I play a lot of CIV5 with my friends. Tried VP but they said it was too overwhelming so we play CP. It has been really fun and we always look forward to new updates on it. We play 3x a week and a while ago I noticed something off with the accounting. I found myself losing massive ammounts of gold for apparently no reason and then, somewhere down the line, it would "auto-correct". I started paying attention and found "Expenses from diplomacy" regularly with very high numbers - after I don't know how many turns, but it's crushing my game and my friends, after I mentioned it, notice it too.

So I put this post together hoping someone can help me confirm this is a bug, as I searched the forum and didn't find anything similar.

Here goes, please see attachments for visuals.

1. On main screen if I hover to GOLD I get income vs expenses. Want to call your attention to the expenses, specifically to the outgoing "50 to other civs". There I have 4 items summed up to 204 total expenses.
   
   
2. If I go over to General Info, Expenses are totaled 154 and it excludes "to other Civs", even though the detail on the same window lists those same expenses again, like on Main.
   
   
3. The global -41.76 deficit I have (162in - 204out = ~-42 gpt). So it seems to me it's clearly taking these Expenses from Diplomacy into account.
   
   
4. Now, where is this gold going to (?), because as you can see in my trades, it's impossible.

I'd like your input on this, maybe I'm missing something. Am I?
