Extra Manuals?

I received the game via getting a new Dell computer but they didn't ship a manual with the game. is there a way to get this manual?

Ha! The manual is totaly out of date, now. My copy of SMAC came with a PDF maual on the CD. Check you don't have one on your Civ3 disk.
