Not sure if this is a bug or a poor design choice...

The extra move provided by generals, admirals, and the new supply truck is not sticking after the unit or the support moves out of range. This creates frustrating situations where you have to move two units in tandem to get them as far as they can go.

It also give unit an "extra turn" to upgrade promotion.
The down side is: many times units stuck in same tile once they went far away from GG:

Since R&F I had to pay much attention to military micromanagement.
