Every Single time I take Paris the game crashed, spent hours on a game, and now its unplayable, Made another game, put a few hours into, still unplayable.
This is a problem that shows NO promise of being fixed, or even looked at, BUT IT WOULDN'T HURT TO TRY GUYS.

Issue / Possible Fixes:
-overflow of notifications
>Perhaps there is a way to disable them
-vichy france is created
>Not sure, but there has to be a way to time it to be created after French territories are claimed by the script
