Fanatic unit?

Is anyone making the Fanatic from Civ2 for Civ3? That would be really cool. It was a good unit. We also need Fundamentalism back as a government. If I had the skill and effort I'd do it but I don't. Maybe I will try it if no one else is willing to but it might be pretty crappy...
