My interest in this nes because i thought i was going to be playing an economic behemoth, with a struggle to keep it united. Its now a damp squib nation with major problems.

Doesnt Das' rules normally use eco centres?

Also, I assume we can spend fractional EP.. Its pretty ridiculus for smaller country to spend its entire budget on one thing, such as military or whatever.

Well if the smallest nation has one, and the largest nation, multi-many times its size has 6, isn't that ridiculus enough?

An if you insist on 1EP only being spent as 1EP.. how does it logically make sense? A nation spending its entire ecomony raising its national education level for 5 years?
