Nice one I'd also (for some scenarios) consider using it to replace Irrigation so that Hills etc. can be better shown.

The Windmill is a Very Good addition for use as a Mine. Much more esthetic and can easily be put to good use

Perhaps you could use it in EFZI2, unless you have something more fitting

I would use it in EFZI2 Complete but there are no Mines Used.
