If we capture Stuttgart, what should we do with it?

This is a public, simple choice poll, majority wins and lasts 2 Days.
There will be no abstain, since there are only two options in the game.

1. Keep Stuttgart
2. Raze Stuttgart

If we have Caste System and Representation I would say keep the city. With the clams and horses we could run a couple merchant specialists to help fund the nation. Otherwise, raze her. I did not vote.

I would still go for the eastern city location Grant2004 wanted, where some people decided to let the settler idle. I am not buying German city locations.
