Got to agree with Ancient Grudge about white lightning with thunderbird getting my vote.
It forms the whole basis for teenage/student culture in this country.

Oh, yes - - I get a headache thinking about it.

I remeber how excited we all got when we found a placethat sold both the 'red' (purplish blood colored) and the 'white' (pale greenish).

We could now serve it with burgers OR KFC!!

In the U.S. "Tramp fuel" would be "squeeze" - some (short-lived) derelicts squeeze the liquid out of Sterno and drink it.
How about Boone's Farm? Do they still make it? That could give you a hangover that'd make your hair hurt.
