Which two specialists do you prefer in Fall from Heaven?
I know this depends on civ and game situation but this should just be an overall view.

bard and prophet... i love the cultural booms... put a city near the boarder and use a bard and you can dominate the area around and prophets give you money + production + culture (i think). U can also use them to win the alter victory

With the Altar of the Luonnatar, nothing can really compete with prophets in general situations. And it makes engineers completely obsolete, unless you are looking for a GE.

I think this should be rebalanced so that engineers still have some value after you built a couple of altars...

I voted for Scientist - but really it depends upon whether you are reffering to Great Persons or just the regular specialists. Great persons, the Merchants are very good for that extra food - but for regulars, they aren't that great and infact priests pretty much take the cake.

But without distinguishing between great and normal - I went with scientists because they are good whether regular or great.
