Inca. In Warlords they rule. I can't remember what the Civs are like in Vanilla, but I know I liked Arabia.

On that list - Inca - Agg/Fin is a killer combo
In warlords - Vikings - again, Agg/Fin is great + berserkers are gooood

I had a really hard time picking one actually, but I think Romans is my fave. I like so many, and they all can be very fun to play given the right circumstances, but I think since I have to make myself play other civs instead of the Romans, the Romans should be my choice.

Inca is best in WL ind/fin
The Quech is a good unit and you get it, without any bonus.

In Vanilla is Qin the same ind/fin

Personally, I was a fan of Liz in vanilla. I've been on Warlords recently, so things have changed...and I like Hannibal. Solid civ right there...
