FfH Models?

Is there a way I can use the program Blender (Blender.org) to make models for FfH2?
If so could someone show me? Because I feel like seeing if I can spiff up or change some of the current models, or even make new ones.

You can do everything with blender (except animations, shaded LH, particules systems, and other things ...)

but, be warned, it takes patience, time and some talent to get skills to a level, where you actually would want to see your creations in game
once you reach this point, you might as well get addicted to it
