To The Silver Grass Elves
From the Hippus Council

We have hear of your plight and wish to help, while we may not me able to send gold due to must of our treasury going to the ritual we can supply you with some military aid since the Grigori do not want it and getting to the tomb to guard it would be pointless due to the presence of the undead. We could offer you the Blades and our Spear militia to aid you in either the defense of your village our if you rather it move your noncombatants and your artifact to safety where the White Mist Elves can pick them up if they wish. Also in the unfortunate event that your village is overran the Hippus lands are open to you people to settle if the wish.

Regarding the ritual, why don't you just ask a representative of each nation to check that money has been received for each nation? So a Grigori, a Hippus, a Kuriotate, a Kappa, an elf, an Amurite, a Bannor would check that Grigori sent that much gold and it was received, another set of 7 "umpires" would check that Hippus sent that much gold etc. This way, you don't have to trust just one nation, but have several other nations to ask for each nation who should have contributed something. This way, everyone would be pretty sure that everybody paid their due. And it's surely easier to appoint one umpire/diplomat per nation than to get all the gold collected for sending, so it shouldn't slow down the process?

Why didn't you join us originally when we started playing LDi?

I had it in my head that this wouldn't be allowed for some reason. If Immac is fine with it then I say that's what we should do.

Just so you know, the ritual doesn't have to be a cash only affair... you can commit your scholars to performing the ritual (instead of researching) and that would contribute towards the ritual as well. the value of 120g is something that kol came up with after e-mailing and asking about the how much it would cost.

i basically told him: to get life mana to heal disease over such a large area (in the same way as was done previously) will cost upwards of 110+ gold. there is no guarentee of success... and he said, "No way man- that sucks- it could all be wasted... i'm gonna go drink more beer" and i said, "no kol- it will do something for sure- that much money is definately gonna do something but ultimately the dice decide how effective it will be, but 110+ gold ritual with life mana access should be able to do what its supposed to... not wine spritzers tonight kol?" and he said, "yeah, wine spritzers- i was trying to hide my dark secret"

now- that may not be EXACTLY what was said (or even very close) but the important part (the wine spritzers) is true (wait, no it isn't)...

So Immac... You celebrated 4/20 a little hard didn't you?

didn't even notice- ahh--- to be young again...

used to (over) indulge but these days, nah- not anymore... supposably too responsible now.

back in the day we used to go out camping and because i lived in the northwest territories where it stays light pretty damn late this time of year, do it up old-school style with the bonfires and the midnight swimming and 'da whole thing. those were awesome 4/20s.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Yeah that's exactly what I said :p

Ironically, I don't drink Beer or wine spritzers, or in fact anything but water, being the health freak that I am.

Also, I have no idea what 4/20 is. Probably because I'm english.

no- its not because you are english- its because you are a health freak... the corbus know :)

ah 4/20 I've several friends that celebrate it rather zealously;)

Why didn't you join us originally when we started playing LDi?
Not enough time, and expected Kol's NES to start sooner. What with the first NES being dormant, I have now. I might be able to do two NESes at the same time, but that's probably stretching it a little. I tend to commit myself when I do something, so I try to avoid spreading too much.

the corbus should get some special event or something...

Where is the shining spear of patria?

Immac, you are the omniscient mod. If you don't know, nobody else does...
