FfH Webpage opened

i think with a bit more contrast or sharpening, or highlighting the fire it works, no?
I'll give that a try this weekend if I get time, but you're that artsie one, not me :p (though I try sometimes :crazyeye:).

favicon_test.jpg

I like that icon very much!

Is there a way I can add it for my own use if the site does not adopt it?

I'm sure there is a way, but I have no idea what it is or how difficult it would be.

You can apply your own stylesheets to the websites you visit with some browsers I think. And I think icons are done with stylesheets

I updated the webpage to the 0.23 versions of the civ flags for those that are interested in checking them out early.

I caught a couple spelling errors on the Civilizations page:

Amurites
Many peoples claim the blood of heroes or even gods amongst their ancestors; the Amurites are alone in believing themselves children of the one hero to have slain a god. Kylorin, the ageless sorcerer, adopted this people during the harsh Age of Ice, and with their help overthrew the dread god-king Mulcarn. He left behind the gift of unparalleled magical talents as well an insatiable curiosity for all things mystical. Their powers earn suspicion form the upright and envy from the fallen, and so that Valledia the Even and Dain the Caswallan must walk a careful path in this new age. Their skills and their secrets make them a dangerous target, but an inviting one nonetheless.

"form" should probably read "from"

Calabim
Ancient and powerful, the rulers of the Calabim posses a dark secret. Through fell ritual their lives can be prolonged at the expense of others, and by this act Alexis and Flauros have created a decadent vampiric aristocracy. Their battlefield success comes at a price they are only too happy to pay—the blood of their human thralls, kept in miserable conditions to serve as little more than cattle. This secret would surely incense all honorable nations of Erebus, but could even the strongest legion compare to the might of a vampire lord? Perhaps their enemies are willing to dismiss the ugly rumors as just that, to avoid the danger of sharing the fate of the sad Calabim humans.

"posses" should read "possess"

Wow, lots of improvements, I think. Some of them (Kuriotates, Bannor, Balseraph) still don't quite fit in with the rest, but maybe that's fine anyway.

All the flags were actually remade, including those you mentioned. They are all 2 color now, but I didnt update the pics for those that are similiar to the origional.

I like the new flags, however, the Ljoslofar flag looks like a dragon skull to me. Since the Kuriotate one is a bit complex and stands out, I'd move it to them and find a new one for the elves, if possible.

But I love the curruent Kurio's flag :p

Every flag was redone, all their styles match. But I only updated the ones that changed considerably. The new Kurio flag is the same gold dragon on that pink background but its a 2 color flag unlike the last version where the dragon was shaded.

Im happy to change the ljosalfar flag if you can find one that works better.

Kael could you please sticky this thread, actually the fastest way to access FfH2 webpage if i don't remember the link is just looking for your nickname and pressing on the link ;). A sticky could make things easier!

as soon you have time, you can update the page with: 0.23 released ;)

I'm assuming that this site is still active, so just wanted to mention that it hasn't been updated on the main page for the latest release.

It should be updated ASAP, as the disk that comes with the November 2007 issue of PC Gamer has a link to that site (as well as FFH v0.23c).
