FfH2 0.21 Bug Thread

It looks like civfanatics ftp server is down, I'll pm thunderfall.
 
I have read it already somewhere in this forum but can`t find it anymore: I have sometimes experienced that the barbarian dragon archeron leaves his city for two or three squares and remains there for the entire game. Aditionally i have also seen two archerons appear on the same tile or in his starting city.
I think both are not intended. Killing two archerons on the same tile especially in a city is nearly impossible.
That sounds like an old problem. Which patch are you on?

so hyborum spawned in 362, its 375 now and None of his units has moved at all... theres only a archer ina nearby city, and so far ignored - the civ hes surounded by is cassiel

seems kinda odd... hes also only 3-4 squares from where he could settle, And he didn't try and kill my scout...

edit: patch f, smartmap script 14 players [all but me are Ai]

edit: turn 400+ now and still no movement or attempts to attack
the save for a few turns before hyb shows up is over 500k [testing out larger than large maps script ... sloooow]

edit: tried taking over in the turn he formed and he was in a different place and had made Dis ...

tried taking over from one of the stalled saves, in the spot shown on the screenshots, and had 3 cities in 2 turns, so he def Can do just Isn't for some reason..

isn't it odd that he was in a diferent spot when i played thru from a earlier save? I do Not have new random seed checked...

Minor bug-

In the city screen, the arrows to the left of the city name, the right arrow takes you to the next city, the left arrow is supposed to go back, but doesn't.
 
Thats known. The problem is that the Arm counter blocks it... I know its on the things to fix list.

Until then, you can use the left arrow key to go back a city. (Right arrow key goes forward.)

I think there may be a problem with mud golems not being able to defend. Even though they have 0/2 strength they succumbed to attacking goblins and the combat log showed 100% odds in the goblins favor. Might be tied to them being classified as regular workers in the Civ4Units.xml-file.

Similarly if you have a mud golem in a city and they kill the last (non mud golem) defender the city and the golem(s) will be captured.
 
Is there some sort of membership due you have to pay to get a question answered? I suppose it is possible to have missed my question twice. I understand you work very hard on the mod but am just trying to find out if there is any help available for the problem I stated I had or should I post it somewhere else?

It just got missed dude. There's only a few moderators and often several pages can churn through before a thread is checked. However, be polite and you're significantly more likely to be heard. Instead of whinging, just keep repeating your question until someone hears it (or make a new thread).

FFH doesn't work with the traditional civ multiplayer, as far as I know. People either use direct IP, or lan through hamachi.

Found two minor bugs:

1)If I capture a city with the Ashen Veil in it, it raises the AC one point.

2)Catapults (and maybe other siege weapons) can be poisoned.

my stygian guard wasn't reborn after being beaten by an angle
(he had the divine line promotion that gives rebirth if beaten by an angel or demon, and +40% vs angel, unquenchable vengeance?)

You're right, that will be fixed in 0.22.

No, it just means that no one knows the answer to your question. I have never played a gamespy game and I dont know how it works, sorry.
