FfH2 0.21 Bug Thread

I think it is seeing the that a City has gained the Ashen Veil Religion, and adding an Arm point... but since that city already had AV, its now being counted 2x... sounds like a bug.
 
that might not be a bug since lets assume the people working the war machines can be poisoned but not the machines itself.

I disagree. If this was true, then in the same way Catapults should get the haste promotion, but they don't if I remember correctly.
 
Just a minor bug, but a bug nevertheless: If my Hunter with the Forest Stealth promotion and the Hawk he is carrying become pushed back by another foreign unit moving the Hawk ends up in the nearest city of mine.

And there is another problem with Forest Stealth. The scout stays hidden even if he gets pushed to a square without forest.
 
And another problem is that the scout should be given a choice. A button to enable/disable forest stealth like the one for invisibility in Maniac's mod would be really nice.
 
I am noticing that up to a minute can pass in between turns. This problem was originally addressed and fixed, but it seems to have returned. Is it just me, or are others experiencing this as well?
 
How is it that the order can exist in the ashen veil holycity?

Purge the Unfaithful or an Inquisitor are the only ways to remove a religion. What is shown on your screenshot I've done a number of times in an attempt to keep AV from spreading.
 
I believe using a priest to build an order or veil temple will also remove the other religion. Still wouldn't remove the holy city though.
 
I agree. However, I once saw the Order disappear from its holy city several turns after the leaves arrived. It still had the Code of Junil, and The Order was always my state religion. When I checked in worldbuilder, I noticed that it was still officially the holy city, but the Order was definitely not present. I have no idea how this happened. It might be related to my frequent use of worldbuilder that game, but I am pretty sure that is not a change that I made. I have never seen something like this happen again.

Because you founded the veil when every city of yours had the order. I did that once myself just to see. Apparently founding the religion is the only exception I know of.

No- the attempt will fail AFAIK.
 
I have seen temples of the Order/ Veil remove the other quite often. However, this will fail in the religion's holy city.
 
Establish religion is different from building the temple. Unless it has been changed in recent versions (I haven't noticed it in a changelog) then a priest can still build a temple, removing the opposite religion. Leaves, Runes, and Overlords just get their temple and religion, no removing another religion.
 
Just tested out the removing religions with priests. I gave myself a ritualist in one of my cities and founded a temple there. The Order dissappeared and the Ashen Veil took its place. My question is why The Order remained in Keelyn's city even after she founded the Ashen Veil holy city in that city with The Order? How is the holy city not overpowering and removing The Order? Now I have to debate with myself whether or not to raze the city because The Order did NOT disappear.
