FFX, how do i uclock the final origional monster.

I finished this game with about 140 hours of gameplay. I beat this game along time ago, but didnt bother to ask anyone. So does anybody know how to unlock the final origional monster?
I guessing he has about 5 million hit points, ive beat all the other ones except the sea monster that takes away your party members.
