I'm sure a Chariot could be spared, with nearly all elders putting them into the build queue. But of course, we could always wait until our defenses are up and a small squad is available.

But we need to know what kind of defenders and fortifications the city has. If there are archers then we can forget about it for now, based on our current military strength.
