Well I love overseas combat because I love navies I always have a huge navy, so AI cant amphib (not like they are smart enough to......) and I can bombard to distract/show of power. and i am always a communist because I have a huge army so
1 AI is afraid of me
2 If AI attacks me they get 2,3,4 cities taken in 4 turns
3 My country is so huge and advenced i have rail and tanks by the time they have infantry and I have most-all resorces so "trade embargos" don't scrach me.
Rail is a GODLIKE thing to have because you can move anyone anywhere in one move so you can have your border cities heavily guarded and inner cities empty and not be scared. (although I do keep 1 infantry in my inner cities just in case
