How do i get that icons for myself after i signed on

Do you mean the avatar under user name? You can pick an avatar in your User CP --> Edit Options.

You'll need 300 posts to get a custom avatar and 30 posts for a custom title.

You should've asked this questiond in the newbie thread...anyways go to user cp...then Edit Options....and Change Avatar
