In the Final Frontier space game, how exactly does the population size on a planet effect production and wealth? It's not like they have tiles to work like in regular Civ.

More generally, I find the hardest thing about this mod is getting the economy working. Any tips?

No, but they work planets, which have the benefit of allowing several pop points to work the same yield provider. Assuming you have three pop on a 1F2H3C planet you would receive 3F6H9C.

Tip #1: The Official Mods & Scenarios forum would be the correct place for this thread.
Tip #2: Get Final Frontier Plus, it vastly improves your experience by removing bugs, balancing the factions and adding many minor tweaks here and there. It's like going from Vanilla to BtS, definitely a must-have.
