Inspired by a Katzilla post in Random Thoughts.

Use the site search engine to find a word that has only appeared in a single OT post.

Spell your word out with spaces: i_n_t_e_r_t_e_x_t or post a screen shot, so as not to spoil the one-post beauty of the search results by making your post in this thread itself a second instance of the word's use.

s_p_a_n_g_l_e_s is an example.

c_o_r_r_u_g_a_t_i_o_n only turns up one post. The word was used in a quote. Don't know if that counts or if the word has to have been used by a poster.

Words added after April 18th don't count (cough detumescence cough), as Kat says, and words with a second use added after April 18th do count.

It took me a while to find some words. We got a bunch of sesquipedalians here

X_y_s_t - which is a covered portico. Although when it was used, I think the poster just misspelled Xyth, someone's username.
V_e_r_d_u_r_o_u_s - meaning very green especially in regards to plants and vegetation.
a_b_i_e_n_t - avoidance or withdrawal.
