Firebug's Civilizations

Unique Unit Hoplite Phalanx
Much more effective against mounted units then the Spearman it replaces and starts with Cover promotion (defense against ranged attacks). But it also has a weaker combat strength, making it vulnerable to direct combat with other infantry and flanking.

Unique Building Heraion
Unlike the shrine it replaces it increases Food by 15% and yields +2 Faith instead of +1.

Say hello to the new member of the Greek state family!

Ain't 66% a little bit of overkill? I mean, I understand it only works on Golden Ages, but the Aqueduct comes really early in the techtree and both combined basically mean no food loss whatsoever, not to mention the extra 6% just because...

Yeah, it might be. 30% might be better.

35% so you get the perfect 100 with the Medical Lab. Living the Dream :D

Now now, don't get greedy.
I'm tired of taking screenshots of the Civ selection screen every time i edit it, so its 30% XD

Wow! That Spartan UU looks so cool. I love defensive units.

But, before downloading, I want to ask a question; You added "Warning, these mods remove Alexander". Is this mod removes Alexander for good? or can I get Greece back when I want to play as Alexander?

Regards.

If any of the Greek state mods are ACTIVE they will remove Alexander from the selection screen and from being spawned as an AI.
It does not mess with the original game files. If you want Alexander back while playing the Greek states mods then you can go into each of their files and delete the 'ByeAlex' folder (they all contain one)

Another unfinished civ i had sitting around.
I'll begin work on another Greek State, i promise!

wow/ faith defense... sounds like a dream.... actually makes use of faith post-founding your religion.

Forward settle like a boss, Start building Faith Buildings as well as defensive buildings and then say "Come at me, bro!"

Seriously though, that doesn't sound like much of a bonus, most every Faith building just adds, what, 1-2 Faith? Maybe City Health would had been better, on the other hand, that Tourism Bonus is really helpful.

Oman, I love that UA.

Well one of the policies in the piety tree increases those all by +1, so it becomes more reasonable.

I assume that you can't just sell/buy faith buildings repeatedly to exploit the trait. Right? Civ looks solid, you make them really fast :p

selling or losing the faith building removes the bonus.

Unique Unit Hippeis
Can attack twice, unlike the horseman it replaces.

Unique Building School
Early replacement for the Public School. +2 Science for every 3 Citizens in the city. +25% Culture in city. Has 2 Writer specialist slots.

Updated Athens' UA

I've sent the stuff you wanted!

Actually, I don't know if you wanted that much, but wevs, you've got it anyway. =]

I'll post it here so i can remember it

Electorate of Saxony (John Frederick I)
Start Bias: As previous
Capital: :c5capital: Meissen
UA: Treaty Of Leipzig
Each time you found a City, it becomes either an Albertine or Ernestine City. Ernestine Cities generate +2 :c5culture: Culture and +1 :c5happy: Local Happiness from Defensive Buildings. Albertine Cities start with a copy of the Meissenware Luxury Resource and generate :c5culture: Culture from International Trade Routes. The :c5capital: Capital is always Albertine.
UU: Schmalkadic Infantry (replaces Longswordsman)
Weaker than the Longswordsman it replaces (18 vs. 21), but is available at Metal Casting and does not require Iron. Starts with Shock I and the unique promotion, "Schmalcald Articles", that grant it a +10% :c5strength: Combat Bonus while attacking for each Major Civilization at war with someone other than you, to a maximum of +50%. Additionally, gains a +3% bonus for each Saxon City of the type in which it was trained, to a maximum of +15%, but has a -25% :c5strength: Combat Penalty while defending. Upgrades to Musketman as normal.
UB: Hausmalerei (replaces Workshop)
+2 and +10% :c5production: Production, +1 Engineer slot. Costs no :c5gold: Maintenance. When constructed in an Albertine City, provides an additional copy of the Meissenware Luxury Resource and generates +1 :c5culture: Culture per turn. When constructed in an Ernestine City, generates +2 :c5greatperson: Great Artist points for each :greatwork: Great Work of any kind in the City in which it is built.

But i'll be honest. It's a challenge.

Just looked over your GCS plans and saw that my favourite city state, Miletus, founder of 90 colonies cannot build setllers? :(

I'll admit, that's probably a mistake when typing up the plans. Miletus will probably be able to found colonies.
If you could name a lot of those 90 colonies for a city list, i'd be grateful, since i can't find many.
