FireTuner Lua Error

Unable to get firetuner to run - I've been using it for years and this error is after the April update
FireTuner fails to find the civilizations. Does anyone know how to fix FT? I've tried it without any mods with no luck.

I'm having this same problem, and have seen other reports of people saying it just doesn't work at all after the April update. Anyone seen/found a fix yet?
