Firetuner to Change Victory Conditions Mid-Game?

I made the mistake of setting a turn limit on my single player game. I'm really enjoying it and want to continue, but it's cutting me off at 500 turns and the "One More Turn" button is greyed out. Can I use Firetuner to change the victory settings to keep playing, and if so, what specifically do I need to modify to do this?
