First Play Text Missed

So, I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, but I saw accidentally skipped the first play text that comes up with advice about FfH and how to go about it from a newbie perspective. I'm not even especially good at Civ4 Vanilla, so I'm figuring that I can use all the help I can get for the apparently more complicated FfH.
Is there any way I can find that text again? I assume it's somewhere in one of the FfH files, but I've been unable to find it. Alternately, is there some website or page on the forum that has the same info? Thanks!
