First time game has crashed.

I don't know why this is crashing, but it happens on turn 411 of my save game file. I am gandhi going for a cultural victory. The crash happens right after Wu Zetan tries to get peace, but I always decline because her offer is bad. It just says "Sid Meier's Civilization V has stopped working." I have the save game file below somebody see if you can get past turn 411.

At the moment we can just hope that the patch next week will fix such crashes .
