Fixes for 0.9.4

A small patch to fix the following issues in 0.9.4:

• Several xml errors on Windows
• Progressive leaders were getting free Great Prophets in the Classical Era
• America: Mall (UB) had the wrong stats
• Mali: Mint (UB) was not causing unhealthiness
• Nubia: Blast Furnace (UB) was not causing unhealthiness
• Portugal: unable to build Caravels or Carracks​

There are 7 files, they each need to replace the file of the same name in the following locations:

1) /History Rewritten/Assets/XML/Civilizations/CIV4CivilizationInfos.xml
2) /History Rewritten/Assets/XML/GameInfo/CIV4CivicInfos.xml
3) /History Rewritten/Assets/Modules/Civilizations/America/America_CIV4BuildingInfos.xml
4) /History Rewritten/Assets/Modules/Civilizations/Mali/Mali_CIV4BuildingInfos.xml
5) /History Rewritten/Assets/Modules/Civilizations/Nubia/Nubia_CIV4BuildingInfos.xml
6) /History Rewritten/Assets/Modules/Civilizations/Vietnam/Vietnam_CIV4BuildingInfos.xml
7) /History Rewritten/Assets/Python/CvEventManager.py

Ugh, sorry. I've put the corrected file in and replaced the attachment in the first post. You only need to replace America_CIV4BuildingInfos.xml if you've already installed the other files from the patch. Thanks for your patience.
 
The "-25% production cost for buildings already constructed in the capital" bonus for Traditional leaders doesn't seem to be working. I'm playing a game as Traditional-Progressive Gilgamesh. I've built a Cemetery in Uruk but it still takes 60 hammers to build another in Eridu and Ur. It's the same story with the Granary.

Hmm something strange is going on there, it was definitely working earlier. This one might take a while to solve.
 
Updated the patch to 0.9.4b to address an issue caused by some test code that was meant to be removed. It was causing Progressive leaders to receive free Great Prophets in the Classical era.

Patch 0.9.4b contains all of the previous fixes from 0.9.4a. If you had already installed 0.9.4a you only need to do step 7 to upgrade to 0.9.4b.

I haven't looked at it yet actually. I got myself pretty embroiled in mapscript coding and I really need to tidy that up before I start poking around elsewhere.
 
Still getting loading errors, which is unfortunate, was looking forward to playing this mod. Tried all your patches, and still XML and other errors when trying to start it.

If you're still getting errors after installing the patch (there is only one) then the mod or patch hasn't been installed properly. Check the troubleshooting thread and if that doesn't help, please post the error messages and I'll see if I can help you solve the problem.
 
Theres about a million XML errors, how can I post the error message? Just one random one? Its XML related I imagine. Ill redownload the mod, as Im suspecting that, because ive tried everything else. Troubleshooting thread didnt help, tried that. Thanks.

The first one that mentions a line number.
 
Sorry cant see a line number, the first one doesnt have it, and a few into it, doesnt, I cant go thru the million or so lines it cycles through, so I just do the alt+del+ctrl out of it, as I have to. Seems to be no end to the errors.
 
Okay, just post the very first error for me. Also let me know the exact path you've installed the mod at.
 
Hi, i've installed this mod and also got millions of xml errors. The first one is
Failed loading XML file xml\test\shortcuts_civ4gametext.xml
...
Reason: End tag 'TEXT' does not match the start tag "Italian"

Source: </TEXT>
 
Then I can go to the game after keeping pressing Enter and it seems to be working fine.
But when i start a new game. There is no any buttons in the GUI.
