Hey Everybody!

I always encountered the bugs in the program when I tried to do ambitious things such as irrigate every piece of land in the world.
However, until now I did not know these were bugs. Do any patches exist that would fix these bugs?

Thanks!

. I do not belive there are patches for the various register limits, if thoses a what you encounted. Below are these limits in civ 2 which I believe also exits in civ1 but perhaps at different levels. Alos in civ1 I have heard that the victory percentage freezes up somwhere around 350%
Register Limits in civ2:
. 255 cities inlcuding AI civs
. 255 future tech then it rolls over to zero
. somewhere between 34,000 & 40,000 money the money system gets screwed up in a few ways, with some money making things subtracting from you total
. The automatic sumation of your popul;ation stops at 320,000, but the # of citizen and the population of cities still increases.
. above 36 citizens in a city you cannot access the entertainer to change them into tax men or scientists.

If there is a way to beat the maximum register amounts, I NEED TO KNOW. The worst of all is the pollution bug. I'm not even sure which register causes it, but it's probably a combination of year, future tech, and population. It has singlehandedly prevented me from topping 300%... grrr.
