Flev's Replacement - Raging Barbarians

With Epic speed this game reached XX century today!

The war is somehow boggling down but at least sort of a good news for me : the Roman Admiral in charge with Empire's Western Fleet scuttled the ships under his command in order to avoid of capture by Egyptian squadrons. At least the victims of the barbaric Roman' raids feel somehow vindicated ...

Meanwhile Romans score victory upon victory over the much more numerous French navy. I hope that Galleon was full of valuable cargo ;)

Upps ! Seems that Egypt should provide some valuable escort-ships to France for fighting our common ennemy ? A second front is what is really needed to keep the Roman-razer in their homeland !!

Finally, after a bloody campaign, Egyptian forces liberated the city of Frontiera. Citizens was so happy to get rid of Roman tirany so they improved imediately the cultural life in the city ! :goodjob:

Yes, I could not believe it when I saw it! I invested so much in cultural border expansion :(((

Yes! Turn 500! Really epic game, guys!

For the mighty Rome the loss of Minoan was very very painful. Especially for macho Roman men. Because local women wore robes that had short sleeves and layered flounced skirts. The robes were open to the navel, allowing their breasts to be left exposed. And Roman men liked it. :grouphug:

Must have been my fault, sorry. Sent now.

Turn 1931 was sent to France on April 20, and got stuck somewhere between France and Greece. Egypt just confirmed that they got no 1932. Any input?

Once again Egyptian invasion was repelled near Roman borders! Romans lost 11 units, Egyptians 24 (if the transport was empty), including 2 Generals!
